    Prayer candles are cleansed tealight candles which are dressed with anointing oil prior to speaking a prayer to the Creator and the beneficial beings who work throughout your life, lit, and placed on my altar to burn. These candles will burn for approximately 4 hours.

    In general you will not receive any notice when a prayer candle is lit on your behalf nor will you receive a candle read once it’s done. Know that when you do submit a prayer candle request it will be added to that evening’s prayer candle list.

    Friendly reminder: I do not light candles, not even prayer candles, on anyone’s behalf without their knowledge or permission. Please read my ethical standards for more information.

    Note: Most questions are answered by carefully reading the individual product descriptions or checking the Frequently Asked Questions. I do not provide free readings outside of the livestreams. If you send me a question that requires I read into your energy–i.e. a yes, no, when, why, etc.–you will not receive a response, however, you are welcome to book a reading with me.

    Please double check that the email address is correct before submitting. If you provide an invalid or incorrect email address or the email address is unable to accept incoming mail, your order will be marked as completed.

    Note: If you made a mistake with your order you have one hour (60 minutes) from when the order was placed to contact me and explain the issue. After an hour, your order will be queued for completion as you sent it.

    Although I strive for a 24 hour turnaround on most services throughout the site, it can take up to 5 working days (not including weekends or holidays) to complete your order. Also, please verify:

    • The email account you used for placing the order was correct and you've checked your alternate email accounts (this is especially important if you have more than one email address).

    • The the email address can receive incoming messages (i.e. that your inbox isn't full).

    • That emails from this site haven't been redirected to your spam, junk, or trash folders.

    • That you read and properly followed instructions before booking the service.

    • The service/product you ordered doesn't require a longer turnaround time (which would be disclosed in its description).

    If it's been more than 5 working days since you placed your order (not including weekends and holidays), you've read through the above and none apply to you, then hit the submit button below and I'll look into it.
